I’ve seen some cool tools in my time, but if you use affiliate links (or are thinking of using affiliate links) this will make you life so much easier.
Now you have to sign up for each offer. – this is done automatically
Skimlinks is partnered with the biggest affiliate networks like Commission Junction, Google, Shareasale, and more.
If a company changes their links, you don’t have to update your site any more. It’s done automatically.
No more ugly URLS that make people suspicious. Your link looks “normal” and is only changed when its clicked upon (giving you the commission for the sale).
There are tools to set up your own store, from multiple vendors.
What’s the catch? They are going to take 25% of the commission, and you need to have a minimum of $50 to get paid (via paypal, or directly deposited into your checking account).
For me, I can’t get a Google affiliate program as you need an adsense account for that and I get turned down every time. Conseuently I can’t get into the Roku affiliate program (for example). This may be a way to “back into” a google affiliate program. Check out the video below to see the details.

UPDATE:
1. I decided to keep the podcast going.
2. Skimlinks is really cool for people where the content on yoru site is not all generated by you. For example if you have an active forum on your website, skimlinks can help monetize it. If you have guest authors on your blog, this could help as well.
