I had a customer who wanted me to build a site for them, but they wanted to take over maintenance down the road. While this is not a great situation (as you will lose revenue), I did find a tool that makes it very easy to do some WYSIWYG editing to your website (without dreamweaver, front page, etc). There is no monthly fee, the software runs on your server, no ftp needed, and allows you to edit any page on your website.
