While I’m not a huge fan of building an entire site with nothing but flash (as Google can’t read flash) if you are looking for an easy way to build a website (for free, but they will put some branding on it) you might want to check out www.wix.com
You can also build myspace layouts for free, present and prmote music. To remove the branding there is a fee. If you are looking to create a quick great looking website (that you will drive traffic to) you might want to check it out.
According to their website that every page that is created also has the html code that search engines can read. I would’ve copied and pasted that part into this post, but its in flash
